The QT Academy, a national program with growing international reach, is seeking an exceptional Marketing and Communications professional to bring their impact to life. As part of our team, you will craft clear, engaging content for diverse audiences, leveraging compelling storytelling to share teacher success stories, highlighting national research results.

This full-time position involves managing and maintaining our digital presence, including websites, social media channels, eCRM systems, creating marketing collateral and multimedia content ensuring our brand's consistency across all channels. Additionally, you will monitor education news and social media trends to keep our team informed and engaged.

Requirements include:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, media, journalism, or public relations
  • Experience creating digital assets for websites, social media platforms, eCRM, and e-Newsletter platforms
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to identify and translate stakeholder briefs into viable outputs and participate in a team environment demonstrating clear communication and mutual respect
  • Demonstrated high-level organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and competing stakeholder expectations
