- Experience in leading a team and driving consistency and high performance in resolving complex ER issues.
- Ability to translate complex technical or legal information into clear recommendations/advice.
- Experience in a similar role in a retail environment.
- Refined interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Commercial approach to decision making.
