Utilities Infrastructure Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Dispatcher to join our team in the Network Operations Centre.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in infrastructure fault management, particularly in control room environments within the utilities industry and emergency services.
The successful candidate will have:
- A background in dealing with unplanned maintenance activities;
- Experience using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems such as Maximo & Click;
- Demonstrated expertise in planning, implementing and managing maintenance activities;
- Prioritisation and time management skills with strong attention to detail;

The position involves:
- Coordinating Field Ops Water and Sewer resources to attend priority work;
- Communicating work requests and client/customer escalations;
- Performing Fault Call Taking duties from customers as required;
- Driving productivity and efficiency without compromising safety, environmental and quality objectives;
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be based in Melbourne, working 12 hour shifts (6pm-6am) 2 days on, 3 days off on a 2 week rotating roster with 5 weeks annual leave per year.
