Key Responsibilities:
- Develop technical designs, documentation, cost estimates, tender submissions, and scheduling for infrastructure projects.
- Lead or assist in utilities impact assessments and design new or relocated utility infrastructure.
- Liaise with utility authorities and key stakeholders to ensure coordination and compliance.
- Support the development of junior team members through guidance and feedback.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:
- A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering with 4+ years of consulting experience, preferably in utilities design and coordination.
- Proficiency in 12D, MicroStation, or AutoCAD; GIS or FME experience is an asset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid understanding of industry codes, standards, and regulations.
- A collaborative mindset with a drive for continuous learning and sustainable design solutions.
