About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at Programmed. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and monitoring our supply chain distribution to ensure efficient delivery of products to our destinations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and demand patterns, reducing stock and improving inventory turnover.
  • Manage material requirements to minimize on-hand levels and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain inventory thresholds and policies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales campaigns and productivity through operational analysis.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in MS Windows Office Programs.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Decision-making and initiative, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
  • 2-3 years of experience in supply chain analysis and planning within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with manufacturing technology, processes, and principles.
