We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Experience Ambassadors.

This festive season, we are hiring across our Westfield Centres in Australia and New Zealand to support our car park, concierge, and valet services.

You will be the friendly face of our centre, creating memorable moments that leave a lasting impression and keep customers coming back.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers
  • Welcoming guests at the concierge desk and assisting with their needs
  • Providing directions, information, and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
  • Promoting and selling Westfield Gift Cards and other services

Festive Season Opportunities:

  • Enhance the shopping experience for our customers
  • Support our car park, concierge, and valet services during peak periods
