Customer Experience Ambassador

We are seeking friendly, reliable team members to provide exceptional service to customers and retailers during the festive season.

The Customer Experience Ambassador will be the welcoming face of our centre, responsible for delivering a memorable experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests at the concierge desk and assisting with their needs
  • Providing directions, information, and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
  • Promoting and selling Westfield Gift Cards and other services
