Requirements
  • Certificate 3 in Horticulture (or equivalent), White Card, AQF3 / Chemcert (or equivalent), and a MR driver's licence (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of commencement)
  • Relevant experience in a similar supervisory role, such as a leader or manager.
  • Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, safety regulations, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and the community.
