Job Description

This role is ideal for a motivated, collaborative professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, working closely with clients and delivering impactful digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on improving business results in areas such as IT consulting, data analytics and strategy.
  • Assisting with organizational change management to ensure successful implementation of new processes and tools.
  • Supporting adoption and change activities to align stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with client teams to analyze needs and recommend digital solutions.
  • Designing and implementing disruptive digital technologies like IoT, Machine Learning and AR to foster innovation and build capabilities.
  • Contributing to project delivery within scope, time and budget constraints.
  • Maintaining approximately 80% billable utilization.
  • Applying knowledge of IT/OT systems integration to connect processes and technologies.
  • Managing delivery risks and ensuring quality.
  • Facilitating workshops and training sessions with clients.
Requirements

For this role we are looking for individuals with:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital or industrial automation solutions, including at least 1 year in management consulting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel, mainly in the South Pacific region.
