We are seeking a Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated, collaborative professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, working closely with clients, and delivering impactful digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on improving business results in areas such as IT consulting, data analytics, and strategy.
• Assisting with organizational change management to ensure successful implementation of new processes and tools.
• Supporting adoption and change activities to align stakeholders.
• Collaborating with client teams to analyze needs and recommend digital solutions.
• Designing and implementing disruptive digital technologies like IoT, Machine Learning, and AR to foster innovation and build capabilities.
• Contributing to project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Maintaining approximately 80% billable utilization.
• Applying knowledge of IT/OT systems integration to connect processes and technologies.
• Managing delivery risks and ensuring quality.
• Facilitating workshops and training sessions with clients.

People & Practice Development

• Supporting development of business cases, strategies, and roadmaps.
• Participating in internal training and knowledge sharing.
• Contributing to a high-performing, inclusive team culture.

Nice to Have Skills

• SCRUM/Agile experience or certifications.
• Organizational Change Management experience or certifications.
• Experience delivering scalable IoT/IIoT, analytics, or software-led projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital or industrial automation solutions, including at least 1 year in management consulting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel (~10–20%), mainly in the South Pacific region.
