About this role

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, requiring availability between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

As a trainee community worker, you will receive on-the-job training, family-friendly hours, and the opportunity to complete an Aged Care qualification while working.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide support services to clients in their homes, including domestic assistance, shopping trips, personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and social activities.
  • Assist clients with medical appointments and offer respite care.
  • Become familiar with local clients and be willing to work with them.

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate caring and supportive qualities, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Candidates must possess a valid NSW driver's licence, a reliable vehicle, full comprehensive insurance, and regular availability.

A National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable Persons Card (WVPC) will be arranged.
