Kinder Caring has a strong commitment to continuous improvement and our care team is faithful to our values of respect, kindness, dedication and accountability. We are also a Registered Provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), National Injury Insurance Scheme, Queensland (NIISQ) and a Preferred Provider for the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) and Workcover VIC. We are currently operating with local teams in all metropolitan areas of Sydney, Melbourne, the Gold Coast and the Newcastle/Hunter region.

**Requirements for the role**:

- 1+ years of experience as a Support Worker, Assistant in Nursing, Care Worker, or similar role. Perferred experience with dementia or mental health.
- Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support or equivalent OR studying towards a nursing qualification
- Current CPR, First Aid, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, COVID vaccination
- Access to a reliable and fully insured vehicle and a smartphone
- Two relevant work references

- Able to join a team of support workers providing 24/7 care to a individual living at home with dementia. Provide personal care, meal preparation, transport, domestic assistance, and companionship to our client.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: From $33.00 per hour
