Key Responsibilities

As a Civil Supervisor, you will work collaboratively with the Project Manager to achieve excellent productivity and program outcomes. Your strong leadership and communication skills will build effective relationships across all levels of our projects, including with subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:

  • A Certificate III in Civil Construction
  • Extensive civil construction experience with demonstrated supervisory experience
  • Excellent attitude towards health, safety, environmental, and quality outcomes
  • Motivation to achieve value-for-money results

Desirable Skills

Certificate IV in Civil Supervision and demonstrated experience in earthworks, roads, and pavements are highly desirable.
