About the Role:
Fusion Partners Central Coast is seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join their team with transport experience.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be a vital part of the team, working closely with an established Project Manager to deal with clients, council, site inspections, estimating, preparing quotations/tenders, renewables, implementing systems, new technologies, and coordinating/assisting with projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Prepare and submit quotations and tenders to clients.
- Implement and manage project systems, including cost tracking and construction programs.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience working as a Civil Engineer.
- Strong understanding of water, sewer, drainage, pavements, and roads construction.
- Previous earthworks experience highly preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to focus, make outcomes, and meet deadlines.
- Strong prioritization and coordination skills.
- Ability to work well both autonomously and within teams.
- Experience using MS Projects and various Project Management tools.
- Experience with Cost Tracking and Managing Construction Programs.
