About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Funeral Arranger and Conductor to join our team at InvoCare. As a Funeral Arranger and Conductor, you will play a vital role in supporting families during a difficult time, ensuring that their loved ones receive a dignified and personalized funeral service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and implement all aspects of the funeral service, including arranging the funeral procession, coordinating with funeral homes, and ensuring that all necessary documents are completed.
- Work closely with families to understand their needs and preferences, providing guidance and support throughout the funeral planning process.
- Direct the funeral service, ensuring that it runs smoothly and according to plan.
- Collaborate with other funeral professionals, such as celebrants and pallbearers, to ensure a seamless and respectful funeral service.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to empathize with grieving families.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of professionalism and discretion.
- Full unrestricted driver's license.
