The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise and leadership skills to provide comprehensive solutions for key water projects, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to business growth objectives.
About the RoleThis position involves providing technical guidance on water/wastewater, civil and building-related projects through design, supervision and review. Strong relationships with clients will be built by delivering exceptional service and understanding their business needs.
Achieving project success will require developing expressions of interest, proposals and marketing initiatives, as well as leading multidisciplinary projects as the lead structural engineer.
Requirements- Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering field.
- Chartered Engineer or working towards professional registration.
- 8 years' experience in an engineering consultancy.
- Leadership abilities including managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
