The Opportunity

To drive innovative and successful solutions for clients, we seek a Water Sector Leader to join our national water business in Sydney or Newcastle.

As a senior professional, you will have extensive experience leading complex engineering projects in the water sector, with a proven track record in mechanical design, commissioning, and operations, and troubleshooting across large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

Bringing deep technical expertise in treatment plant and pumping station design, equipment selection, and process optimisation, you will work closely with procurement teams to define scopes, engage vendors, and coordinate equipment selection.

Our senior professionals provide technical leadership during project delivery, collaborate with bid teams, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
