Electrical engineers with a passion for building services are sought after by our client, a successful consultancy. With ongoing projects across various sectors, the future looks bright for this established business.

This exciting role will see you involved in project engineering, design and project management duties on small, medium and large scale buildings projects. You will be responsible for delivering outcomes for a range of clients and working collaboratively as part of a team.

To succeed in this role, you will need relevant tertiary qualifications in electrical engineering and 5-8+ years' experience as an electrical engineer or designer in building services consulting. A strong technical understanding and knowledge of electrical issues in a building environment is essential.

You should have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to interact effectively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders. Software experience in AutoCAD is also desirable.

This mid-senior level position offers a challenging opportunity to grow and influence the direction of an established team. You will work on a variety of active projects in a busy marketplace and have opportunities to step up into more senior roles within the business structure.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent problem-solving skills. They will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and be committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements
  • Qualifications: Relevant tertiary / degree qualifications in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience: 5-8+ years' experience as an Electrical Engineer / Designer in Building Services Consulting
  • Skills: Ability to demonstrate a strong technical understanding and knowledge of electrical issues in a building environment, Lead a small team of engineers / drafters, Good written and verbal communication skills and ability interact effectively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders, Software Experience in AutoCAD, Ability to show initiative and problem solve
