We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Director - Recruitment to join our team. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts and ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.
In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet our business needs. You will also be responsible for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that we have a strong pipeline of candidates.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or Human Resource Management and several years of experience in recruitment. They will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
