The Role
  • As a front-line representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, setting the tone for their overall experience.
  • Responsibilities include booking and amending appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining accurate patient records.
  • You will support the Practice Manager and clinical team in ensuring the smooth operation of the practice, handling payments, and upholding patient confidentiality.
  • Provide outstanding patient care, foster meaningful relationships with clients, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
  • A calm and professional demeanor is essential in this fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in reception or customer service is highly regarded, but not mandatory.
  • You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a focus on meeting customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook is expected.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are vital for success in this role.
