Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering bold, creative campaigns for consumer brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring integrated campaigns across creative, social, influencer, and digital channels are delivered seamlessly and with measurable impact.

This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to counsel clients while supporting senior leaders and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and deliver outstanding service
  • Lead project execution across multiple channels
  • Ensure all work is completed on brief, on budget, and to the highest standard
  • Provide strategic input and insights that add value to client programs
  • Support senior leaders in driving account growth and new opportunities
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to help them grow and succeed
Requirements
  • 4-6 years' experience in brand communications, PR, or integrated marketing
  • Proven track record in delivering successful consumer campaigns
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent client relationship and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of media, influencer, and digital landscapes
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and disciplines
