Occupational Therapist - Mid Year Graduate Program 2025

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in a mid-year graduate program.

This well-rounded knowledge base provides success, with built-in supervision. You will develop capability across assistive tech, home mods, paediatrics, SIL/SDA/ILO and mental health areas.

Responsibilities
  • Develop capability in OT areas including assistive tech, home mods, paediatrics, SIL/SDA/ILO and mental health.
  • Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity.
  • Provide support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities.
  • Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity to perform ADL's and IADL's.
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.
  • Participate in professional development and receive formal 1:1 supervision.
  • Engage in group supervision & disability specific workshops.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of Speechies, Physio's, EP's, Psychologists and BSP's.
