Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective methodologies for sustainability assurance, aligned with Australian standards.
- Provide technical guidance on complex sustainability-related queries from teams.
- Collaborate with audit teams to apply assurance methodologies in engagements.
- Lead a team of specialists in sustainability assurance, focusing on their development and performance.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory changes and integrate them into practice and methodology.
- Support learning programs and contribute to thought leadership projects in sustainability matters.
- Graduate degree in Accounting, Economics or Business with a focus on Accounting and/or Finance.
- CA qualification or equivalent.
- Strong accounting knowledge, including Australian standards and regulations.
- Experience in performing or reviewing sustainability assurance engagements.
- Broad client experience across various industries.
- Project management skills, with experience managing people and deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex matters for diverse audiences.
