**Support Specialist Role**

The Support Specialist will work in Neighbourhood Teams to assist and support clients with a variety of needs, in line with their NDIS plan. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with others and want to make a positive difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily life skills such as household duties, yard maintenance, and personal care.
  • Transport clients to appointments and facilitate social participation.
  • Promote independence and well-being through person-centred support.
  • Work collaboratively with Team Leaders to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

  • Ability to maintain clear professional boundaries.

Location  and  Conditions:

The Support Specialist will be based in the Morely (WA) and surrounding suburbs area, working with a range of clients in their own homes and communities. The successful candidate will require a valid Australian driver's licence and first aid certificate. They will also need to undergo a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
