Casual English Language Teachers are paid at an hourly rate of $84.45 for teaching duties and $48.56 for non-teaching duties.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Multifaceted English Instructor to join our team. As a Casual English Language Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English language classes to students from diverse backgrounds.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and levels
  • Fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Evaluating student progress and providing constructive feedback
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum and improve teaching practices
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor degree or Diploma in a relevant field (equivalent to at least 3 years full-time study in duration)
  • Recognised TESOL qualifications
  • TESOL experience, both face-to-face and online
  • Current Working with Children Clearance
  • Demonstrated ability to teach across a range of levels and programs
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
