
Healthcare Support Specialist

As a Health Clinician, you will provide vital support to children and families as a key member of our multidisciplinary team.
Main Responsibilities:- You will be the steady voice and caring presence for children, young people, and their non-offending family members.
- We rely on your expertise to coordinate case management within JCPRP, ensuring every child and family receives the necessary support.
- Your role involves linking families with vital health services, medical and forensic assessments, and psychosocial care.
You will join the Child and Family Allied Health Team at Tamworth Community Health Service, part of the Violence, Abuse and Neglect (VAN) network. We value collaboration, wellbeing, and opportunities for growth in our supportive environment.
Requirements:- A bachelor's degree in social work eligible for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers; or a four-year degree in psychology providing full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia; or a bachelors degree in counselling or related field, or other employer-approved qualification.
- Eligibility to drive in NSW is required.
