About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager. This role involves supervising and driving the productivity, motivation and development of the housekeeping staff across our 5-star property.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance and supervision to the Housekeeping team to ensure exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Maintaining compliance with company guidelines, work health & safety practices, and ensuring high-quality services are delivered to guests.
  • Monitoring labor costs and productivity output in accordance with occupancy levels, striving for continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Ensuring that room cleanliness exceeds guest expectations, upholding the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.

This position requires availability across a 7-day roster between 8:30 am and 2:30 pm, as well as the ability to work one afternoon shift per week from 4 pm-8 pm.

About You

We are looking for a hands-on leader who can support diverse teams. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working in housekeeping within a minimum 4-star hotel setting, showcasing strong verbal and written communication skills, a genuine commitment to guest service, and excellent attention to detail.
