
Wellbeing Support Specialist

We are seeking an individual to fill the role of Wellbeing Support Specialist, where they will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position that offers a chance to work in a supportive and people-focused environment, where building trust promoting independence and supporting wellbeing outcomes are central.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting residents in developing and reviewing personalised Wellbeing Plans, connecting them with appropriate services, and partnering with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Developing Wellbeing Plans: Work closely with residents to understand their needs and develop tailored plans to support their wellbeing.
- Connecting Residents with Services: Identify and connect residents with relevant services, including home care, aged care, and community health resources.
- Partnering with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to improve service delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or wellbeing coordination is highly desirable.
- Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to effectively engage with residents and internal stakeholders.
