Senior Pricing Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pricing Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of pricing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop predictive models and analytics to support pricing initiatives.
  • Design and implement reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance pricing or a related field.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and data analysis tools.
  • Degree qualified in mathematics, actuarial studies, or a related field.
