Clinical Operations Director
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Director to lead our multidisciplinary team in the Theatre Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of clinical practice within Scrub, Scout and Perioperative Services.
- Maintains responsibility for the standards and quality of clinical practice within Scrub, Scout and Perioperative Services.
- Contributes to Hospital strategic goals by developing and implementing initiatives that promote excellence in patient care.
- Develops and maintains excellent standards of care, including ongoing evaluation and promotion of quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitors compliance with perioperative standards and procedures, initiating corrective action as required.
- Collaborates with the DDON and Finance to prepare and implement the annual Operational Plan/Management Plan for the unit.
- Achieves accreditation/compliance with National/State Standards & Inspections.
- Delivers person-centred care to achieve exceptional patient experience, informed by patient feedback and data.
- Participates in the development and maintenance of a workforce model/model of care that supports quality of care.
- Prioritises workload effectively, utilising resources efficiently.
