- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills to achieve business outcomes.
- Contemporary knowledge of safety, wellbeing, ergonomics, rehabilitation, and risk management.
- Ability to consult, negotiate, and influence positive outcomes in complex environments.
- Strong leadership and managerial capability to manage high-performing teams.
