About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing store displays that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Your primary focus will be on delivering top-notch visual merchandising solutions in a fast-paced environment. This will involve working closely with the Store Manager and Visual Merchandising leaders to execute campaigns and meet visual objectives.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be required to provide guidance and training to junior team members, ensuring they have the knowledge and expertise needed to deliver outstanding visual outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and VM leaders to execute campaigns and meet visual objectives
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality visual displays
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment, ensuring customers have an excellent in-store experience
Requirements
  • Solid experience in visual merchandising apparel within a store environment
  • Ability to provide guidance and training to junior team members
  • Strong communication skills at all levels
  • Team player with an eye for detail and creative flair
