As a seasoned Accounts Payable professional, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining the company's AP function.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the AP process, ensuring seamless payment cycles.
- Manage the full AP process, scheduling, preparing, and reconciling weekly payments to both domestic and overseas vendors.
- Conduct monthly statement reconciliations with suppliers, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Drive process improvements by introducing automation, minimizing manual tasks, and enhancing overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with the finance team to create AP journals and accrual entries, supporting an accurate month-end close.
- Assist with intercompany accounts, including reconciliations and cross-charges.
- At least 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable function.
- Proficiency with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is highly regarded.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent reconciliation abilities, and confidence managing supplier relationships.
- The ability to work at pace, managing competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative approach and effective communication skills that resonate with both finance and operational teams.
