Import Operations Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Import Operations professional to fill this key role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive shipment pre-alerts and specifications prior to departure
  • Monitor import status to co-ordinate carriers and receival commitments
  • Process import documentation for air and sea freight shipments
  • Utilize Cargowise to manage import operations efficiently
  • Ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in import operations within a freight forwarder
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
  • Full working rights within the Australian market
