Payroll Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our payroll-related project.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and maintain employee documentation across systems and folders in line with project milestones.
- Update project documentation such as risk, issue, action and decision registers and general presentation materials.
- Assist in managing SharePoint document control sites for internal and external use.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Lead and other senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate with project team members and BAU teams to ensure project tasks are on track to enable smooth project execution.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SharePoint Online and Office 365.
- Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence preferable.
- Familiarity with Human Capital Management and/or payroll systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
