Job Title

We are seeking a Senior Success Strategist to collaborate with our Partners in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with large and complex accounting firms to develop growth strategies and promote expansion.
  • Develop a plan to increase revenue through Xero upgrades and connected payment services.
  • Organise events to accelerate revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
  • Become a trusted advisor to existing Partners, building strong relationships.
  • Provide timely product and educational updates to Partners.
  • Combat churn and risk of deletion through education and value proposition.
  • Ensure Partners attend webinars for certification training.
  • Keep Partners informed about available resources.
  • Collate feedback on feature requests.
Requirements
  • Detailed knowledge of accounting practices and systems.
  • Interest in emerging online accounting market.
  • Experience managing long-term client relationships.
  • Proven sales performance with results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
