Job Description

This role is responsible for managing the accounting processes of fixed asset transactions and events. The primary objectives are to manage the accounting processes, reconciliations, journals and reviews of fixed asset transactions.

  • Ensure accurate and timely reconciliations, journals and reviews of fixed asset transactions
  • Maintain a high level of financial administration and compliance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:


  • A degree or diploma in accounting (CPA or CA or working towards is well regarded)
  • Relevant work experience in asset accounting procedures
  • Solid knowledge of high-level financial administration processes
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize workload efficiently
  • Proficiency in operating relevant systems (Computron, Magiq, and Assetic/Brightly) and Microsoft Office, particularly with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
