Job Title: Web Content Manager
\This role involves managing and maintaining content on a corporate website, ensuring it remains current, professional, and user-friendly. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with subject-matter experts to review and update web content, evaluating its alignment with business needs, user experience, and accessibility standards.
\The ideal candidate will have a background in digital communications, experience managing content across multiple platforms, and advanced skills in web content management systems and content optimisation. They will also have a working knowledge of HTML and CSS, as well as understanding of user experience design, WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards, and SEO.
\In this role, the individual will analyse user behaviour and improve content using analytics and accessibility tools. They will also provide guidance to staff on writing for the web and using templates and style guides.
\To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across the organisation. You will also need to be highly analytical, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality content that engages and informs users.
