Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled servicing and repairs, including long-term maintenance of diesel trucks and plant equipment
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and assessments as necessary and complete required documentation
  • Foster a clean, safe work environment with an emphasis on continuous improvement
  • Routine and specialist diagnosis of vehicle/plant failures and implement resolutions
  • Participate in routine administrative matters, including team meetings and communications
  • Identify and/or make recommendations for opportunities to continuously improve workshop operations

Requirements:

  • Full qualifications as a Diesel Mechanic
  • Energetic and positive attitude
  • Driven and passionate about the job
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hardworking and punctual
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong focus on teamwork
  • Proven experience in a similar workshop role
