As an Events and Venue Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating and assisting with bookings and execution of internal and external events. You will be responsible for:
- Preparing Meeting Spaces: Ensure meeting and conference rooms are set up and maintained to meet the needs of internal and external parties.
- Calendar Management: Manage meeting room calendars on behalf of the team to ensure smooth communication and event planning.
- Catering and Logistics: Organize and liaise with catering companies, external partners, and customers to deliver exceptional event experiences.
- Event Coordination: Assist with the coordination of all events, including IT/AV setup, table/room setup, and working closely with event bookers to meet their preferences.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot any issues that arise during, before, or after an event, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and staff.
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual with:
- Previous Event/Office Coordination experience, preferably in an office environment.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong and professional communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Availability: Be available to work onsite 5 days per week.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
