Revenue Operations Lead

At Askable, we're on a mission to revolutionise the way businesses make data-driven decisions. As our new Revenue Operations Lead, you'll play a critical role in driving alignment and efficiency across our global marketing and sales operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a curious and proactive individual who's passionate about building scalable systems, enabling cross-functional alignment, and making data work smarter.
- **Document and Improve Core Processes**: Develop and maintain key documentation regarding our policies, sales processes, and engagement rules to ensure seamless execution.
- **Optimise CRM Usage**: Streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and create insightful dashboards to maximise CRM efficiency.
- **Drive Global Initiatives**: Identify and execute projects that drive measurable impact on our GTM funnel levers, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to build and refine the lead-to-revenue pipeline.
We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations, preferably in a high-growth startup environment. You should have expertise in CRM management, analytical skills, project management, sales knowledge, and proficiency with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
