Administration Assistant for Trauma Services

  We seek an Administration Assistant to join our team in a vital role within the trauma services. As an integral part of our dynamic working environment, you will play a key role in coordinating and running meetings, including room bookings, invitations, minutes, and agendas.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the coordination and running of meetings, including room bookings, invitations, minutes, and agendas.
  • Provide backfill and support to the Division of Surgical Services PA.
  • Provide confidential secretarial, clerical, and administrative support to the Trauma Director, Program Manager, and Trauma Team.

  Requirements:

  • Professional presentation, reception, and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated relevant administrative experience and ability to work in a confidential area.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail; ability to meet timelines.
  • Excellent information and technology skills, including calendar management and virtual meetings.
