Credentialing Coordinator Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Credentialing Coordinator Administrator to join our team.

This role works across two critical programs, Rural Locum Assistance Program (Rural LAP) and Northern Territory Remote Locum Program (NTRLP), ensuring credentialing and scope of practice requirements are met in accordance with clinical governance frameworks and client expectations.

  • Manage credentialing and re-credentialing processes for health professionals across Rural LAP, Rural LAP Aged Care, and NTRLP.
  • Maintain and update records in Cgov and Oracle systems.
  • Ensure all credentialing documentation meets clinical standards.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and efficient administrative support to operations teams.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries via email and phone.
  • Support audits, reporting, and policy compliance activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
About the Role

The successful candidate will have proven experience in administrative roles, ideally in health or credentialing environments.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Committed to providing a high level of customer service to health professionals, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with systems such as Cgov and Oracle.
  • Comfortable managing high-volume workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to governance frameworks.
  • Experience working with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities is highly regarded.
  • Tertiary qualification in a health-related field is desirable but not required.
