About You:- You must hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Registration with AHPRA, ESSA ASORC or AASW is mandatory.
- You will also require full working rights and a valid Australian Driving License.
- Prior experience mentoring junior consultants and working in an occupational rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.
- You will play a key role in shaping the professional growth of our consultants.
- Your responsibilities will include providing constructive feedback and guidance, conducting strategic reviews and file audits, balancing clinical and commercial objectives, building relationships, and bringing energy and enthusiasm to the workplace.
