At Singtel, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Recoveries Consultant, you'll play a vital role in maximizing recoveries and minimizing bad debt.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Billing & Credit team to drive recoveries strategy and deliver results;
- Own the continuous improvement model in debt recovery management, identifying and resolving internal control gaps;
- Provide expert input into critical recovery processes and activities;
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis;
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to generate recovery insights;
- Work closely with the Collections and Recoveries team to set up and maintain reporting analytics and dashboards;
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, or Commerce;
- Experience in analytical roles, including financial modeling and case preparation;
- Strong understanding of MS Office, Teradata SQL, relational databases, and data analysis tools;
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and project management skills;
- Ability to present findings to all levels of the business;
