Residential Property Portfolio Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Asset Manager for Residential properties. This role is responsible for delivering outstanding investment returns within established objectives and constraints.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing local relationships and asset management, with a focus on strategically adding value to assigned properties. They will also contribute to the broader aspects of the real estate business, including analysis and review of investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to optimize property performance and achieve financial targets;
- Manage relationships with contractors, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and high-quality services;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion through new investment opportunities and strategic partnerships;
- Monitor and report on property performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property data, transactions, and correspondence.
- Superior tertiary qualifications in property, finance, business, or a related field;
- A minimum of 7+ years' experience in residential asset management or a related field, with a proven track record of success;
- Strong knowledge of Australian property markets, valuation principles, and practices applicable to residential property sectors;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions;
- Flexibility and adaptability to change, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
