Operational Excellence Specialist

The role of an Operational Excellence Specialist in a mining environment is pivotal in ensuring the efficient execution of dewatering operations. As a key member of the operational team, you will play a vital function in achieving site success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and maintenance of pumps to effectively manage water levels
  • Connection and support of pipework for efficient depressurization systems
  • Contribution to general mine services tasks to ensure smooth project execution

Opportunities also exist for gaining experience in operating heavy machinery such as loaders and excavators, enhancing versatility and value on site.

About You

This position requires a hands-on individual with a strong work ethic, willing to learn and adapt to new situations. Relevant experience in open pit dewatering or practical outdoor work backgrounds such as plumbing or farming are ideal. A current Light Vehicle (LV) license is required.
