Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer (CIVIL) with a strong background in road design, access tracks, and temporary works to join our Renewables, Systems and Technology National team. The successful candidate will provide conceptual and detailed civil engineering output in support of renewable projects, including wind farms, transmission lines, and PHES projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize civil engineering output for renewable projects
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions for temporary works
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental legislation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Civil Engineering degree
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Autodesk Suite of design software
  • Sound understanding and knowledge of GIS and spatial tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management, team collaboration, and organizational skills
