**Job Description**

The Senior Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving financial planning excellence and process improvement across the organization.

This role focuses on discovering, defining, and documenting current state and future state processes, providing critical insights to support the business in achieving its strategic goals.

A core responsibility includes leading the integration of a new Anaplan application, ensuring that financial planning processes are optimally aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Lead the discovery, definition, and documentation of current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) FP&A processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to map business processes, data flows, and financial planning methodologies.
  • Develop detailed process documentation, including process flow diagrams, BRDs, and functional specifications.
  • Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable functional and technical requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert during the implementation of Anaplan or other enterprise performance management solutions.
