Personal Care Specialist

As a Home Help Personal Carer, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to clients in their own homes.
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives, with career progression opportunities available. You will work in a rural community where your skills and experience can contribute significantly to the well-being of individuals and families.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have demonstrated knowledge of and experience in performing domestic duties for the aged and/or people with a disability within their own home.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Key aspects of this role include:
- Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assisting with domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to a multi-disciplinary team in a fun and friendly environment
